Do you ship worldwide?

We ship every pedal with insured registered mail via Deutsche Post or DHL. Usually it takes about 2 weeks until the pedal arrives, in minor cases it can take up to 4 weeks. For further information please refer to our Versand- und Zahlungsbedingungen (Shipping & Payment) page. If your country is not on the list, just drop us a mail and we figure things out!

Do I have to pay custom fees, VAT, taxes and other fees?

We provide the pedal, packaging, paypal fee and shipping costs for each pedal, but we cannot guarantee about any other fees such as custom fees, taxes, or any other country specific fees.

Is Klirrton your main job?

No it isn’t! I run Klirrton beside my dayjob as an electral engineer and I have really no interest in changing that. Klirrton for me is a time-consuming, creative “hobby”, where I have the freedom to do things like I want. So, I try to respond to every single email, message, as soon as it is possible, but it may take some time. So please be patient, Thank you!

Is Klirrton a one man business?

Yes, it is! I do most of the stuff by myself, but I have really good friends and people around me who help me out in certain cases.
